Working Hours:

09:00 AM TO 6:00 PM(Monday to Friday)

Every Saturday 9:30AM TO 4:30 PM


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Stock Market Advisory Sales Support Executive who can drive client acquisition, explain advisory services, and assist in on boarding clients for our market research-based advisory products. The role involves understanding client needs, pitching advisory plans, and ensuring consistent communication and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, or digital campaigns.

2. Explain advisory plans, trading support features, and performance structure to prospective clients.

3. Convert potential leads into paid or trial clients by highlighting strategy accuracy and transparency.

4. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and update lead status in CRM/Excel tracker.

5. Coordinate with the trading/research team to share daily calls, updates, and performance summaries.

6. Assist in client on boarding — KYC, plan activation, payment confirmation, and group addition.

7. Handle inbound queries on WhatsApp/Phone related to services or market updates.

8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

9. Share feedback from clients with management to improve service quality and retention.

10. Ensure compliance and transparency in communication with clients at all times.


Skills & Requirements:


1. Hindi or Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam is speaking

2. We are looking for fresh sales / tele-calling / broking / advisory services.

3. Ability to convince and close sales

4. Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and regional language.

5. Confident in handling clients over calls and digital platforms.

6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
