Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
