We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing high-value leads, and closing complex deals. As a senior member of the team, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients and a mentor to junior sales staff, directly impacting our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social selling).
• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
• Strategic Consulting: Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client "pain points" and tailor solutions effectively.
• Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and handle objections to secure high-value partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Mentorship: Assist in the onboarding and professional development of junior Sales Executives.
