Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Sales Coordinator to support sales operations in a project-based lighting solutions environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily sales activities, assist walk-in customers, prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers; understand their requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.

  • Provide detailed product information and professional recommendations to customers, designers, and architects.

  • Coordinate and support overall sales activities to help achieve sales targets.

  • Prepare accurate quotations and share them with customers in a timely manner.

  • Follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert leads into confirmed orders.

  • Maintain customer records, leads, and follow-up tracking systems.

  • Support the sales team with documentation, reporting, and coordination.

  • Liaise with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely delivery and service.

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized institution.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or related roles.

  • Experience in lighting, electrical, or retail sales will be an advantage.
