Raigad Steel Roll Forms (RSRF) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in industrial products, steel, fabrication, construction, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Own Bike is Mandatory
✅ Valid Driving License Required
✅ Candidates from Murbad, Kalyan, Shahapur, Bhiwandi, Ambernath, Badlapur, Ulhasnagar, or nearby locations will be preferred
