Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in generating and converting leads from freelancing platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Fiverr, etc. The BDE will be responsible for acquiring IT-related projects in technologies such as Front-end, Back-end Development, WordPress, PHP, Laravel, SEO, and more. The role also includes regular interaction with international clients via calls and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

    - Actively look for and grab new business opportunities on freelancing platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Fiverr, and others. Use these platforms to find clients who need IT services and bring in new work for the company.
    - Write smart and customized bids and proposals that clearly explain how our services can solve the client's problems. Make sure each proposal stands out and increases the chances of winning the project.
    - Build strong and lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Stay in regular contact, understand their needs, and make them feel valued so they keep coming back with more work.
    - Generate and convert the leads From the first message to closing the deal, handle the whole sales process smoothly and make sure each lead is followed up properly and professionally.
    - Attend online meetings and client calls confidently, whether through Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype. Present our services clearly, answer questions effectively, and create a strong impression in every conversation.
    - Keep an eye on what's happening in the market and what competitors are doing. Use this information to spot new opportunities, understand what clients are looking for, and help the company grow in the right direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    - 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development in the IT industry.
    - Proven experience with platforms like Upwork, PPH, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
    - Strong understanding of IT services and technologies such as Front-end/Back-end development, WordPress, PHP, Laravel, SEO, etc.
    - Ability to confidently attend and lead calls/meetings with international clients.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
