Customer Success Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Customer Success Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates should have prior international customer support experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle technical queries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and technical issues via calls, chat, or email.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist clients in understanding products/services and provide proactive support.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned teams with detailed documentation.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs.

• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• International customer support experience is mandatory.

• Ability to handle technical queries confidently.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs.

• For males: Mandatory 180° night shifts.

• For females: One-sided cab facility during odd hours.
