Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in bench sales, with a strong understanding of the US staffing market. You will be responsible for marketing our consultants (bench candidates) to various direct clients and prime vendors, ensuring their successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bench Marketing: Actively market and place our H1B, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen consultants (candidates on the bench) with direct clients and prime vendors.

 

  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and prime vendors through effective communication via phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.

 

  • Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements thoroughly and match them with suitable consultant profiles.

 

  • Submission Management: Submit consultant profiles to clients and follow up on submitted resumes.

 

  • Negotiation: Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and all other terms and conditions with clients and consultants.

 

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor the US IT staffing market trends and identify new opportunities for placements.

 

  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate and client information in our CRM system.

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to understand candidate skills and availability.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in bench sales within the US IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of different visa types (H1B, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using job boards, VMS portals, and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
