Job description - Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Associate Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting the business development team in various activities aimed at driving growth and expanding our client base.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Develop a clear understanding of the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and plan an appropriate approach/pitch.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities through various portals and means
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Job bidding on different govt / non govt portals including getting leads from job portals
Targeting LinkedIn and other possible platforms for generating leads.

Qualification & Requirements:
Client Acquisition
B2B profile
customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English in written and spoken English is a must

Time management and planning skills
MBA in marketing, sales, or a relevant field
