## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

* Explain stock market products and investment services.

* Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

* Promote Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, and Investment Solutions.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

* Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.

## ✅ Eligibility & Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance is an added advantage).

* Freshers and candidates with **6 months–2 years** of experience in Tele Sales, Financial Sales, or Stock Market Sales are encouraged to apply.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, mutual funds, and equity trading.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
