We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales
Executive) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads,
counseling potential customers, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets. The role
requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and strong follow-up
abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
● Contact potential customers and explain company products/services
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
● Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful sales
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers
● Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Graduate in any Stream.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
● Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
● Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Experience in EdTech / B2C / B2B sales will be an added advantage
● Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
