Position: Junior Accountant
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling purchase and sales invoicing, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting day-to-day finance operations using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Busy software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing and supporting documents
• Maintain entries and records in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Busy
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
• Assist in GST entries, reconciliations, and basic compliance support
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice-related queries
• Support senior accounts team in daily accounting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
• Strong knowledge of purchase & sales billing
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Busy
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage tasks within timelines
