Position: Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, and TDS processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
• Prepare and manage GST and TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliations.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management as required.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Experience in accounting and financial record management.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
• Good understanding of GST and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
