We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Account Executive to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and Tally, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
• Record accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Generate invoices, quotations, and payment receipts.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities.
• Maintain petty cash and daily financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
• Support monthly closing and MIS reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
