Senior Accountant – Automobile Industry
Experienced Senior Accountant responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations in the automobile sector, including vehicle sales and purchases, spare parts accounting, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS compliance, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
Manage GST returns, TDS/TCS compliance, and tax reconciliations.
Reconcile vehicle inventory, spare parts stock, vendor accounts, and customer balances.
Monitor OEM accounts, dealer incentives, warranty claims, and vehicle finance transactions.
Manage cash flow, working capital, bank reconciliation, and payment schedules.
Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and year-end accounts finalisation.
Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely financial reporting.
Required skills: Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and audit coordination.
