Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle Purchase Accounting and Sales Accounting activities.
• Generate and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data analysis.
  

  Required Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional certifications in Accounting or Taxation will be an advantage.

  Experience

  • 2–5 Years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
  • Experience in Purchase, Sales, GST, TDS, and Banking Transactions is mandatory.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Gas, or Industrial company preferred.

  Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP Software.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Purchase & Sales Accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
