Job Summary:
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product awareness through effective communication and product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote and market pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular visits and meetings with doctors to ensure product awareness.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Collect and analyze market feedback and competitor information.
Organize product presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and workshops.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, territory updates, and market trends.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors/stockists.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
