We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for an on-site, full-time contract position in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, the ability to support project activities, and experience handling documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate daily project activities and timelines
Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring
Maintain project documentation and reports
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Track project progress and highlight delays or issues
Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of project documentation and reporting
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic understanding of project management tools (preferred)
