About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum expertise and excellent communication skills to lead end-to-end mobile and web app development projects at RipenApps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across mobile and web application projects.
• Create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, sprints, and milestones.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, QA, DevOps—to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure quality releases, adherence to scope, and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership within the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter), APIs, cloud, and QA processes

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in mobile/web app development.
• Strong knowledge of the Agile/Scrum framework, tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), and sprint-based delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of the app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
