We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Web, Mobile Application, and AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding, excellent client-facing skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, budget, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Web, Mobile Application, and AI/ML development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Conduct project planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and client meetings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Gather and analyse client requirements, prepare project documentation, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Track project budgets, resource utilisation, and overall project health.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change requests, project escalations, and issue resolution.
• Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and business objectives.
• Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management and clients.
