Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Japanese Project Coordinator with a strong background in software development and Validations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating

projects between our Japanese and international teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Japanese and international teams.

• ECU /Software Development: Oversee and manage software development and validation projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Bilingual Technical Communication: Translate technical documents and communications between Japanese and English.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 7+ Years of experience, with minimum 2 years’ experience in project co-ordination for Japanese projects.

• Should have good proficiency over Japanese language ( Preferably N3 / N2 / N1 certified)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer , Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.

• Prior experience in automotive or industrial vehicle domains.
