Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and manage end-to-end real estate and building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality control, budgeting, and timely project delivery. The candidate must have a strong understanding of construction operations and should be capable of handling multiple project phases from planning to completion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall real estate and building construction projects from initiation to completion

Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies

Ensure project completion within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards

Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, design specifications, and project requirements

Monitor construction quality, safety measures, and statutory compliance at site

Review project schedules and resolve execution bottlenecks efficiently

Manage manpower planning, material utilization, and resource allocation

Ensure proper billing verification, contractor management, and work certifications

Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings

Track project costs and control wastage to ensure financial efficiency

Prepare and present project progress reports to management

Handle client escalations, site issues, and technical challenges effectively

Ensure smooth coordination between civil, MEP, finishing, and all execution teams

Maintain documentation related to project execution, quality, billing, and site progress

Drive timely handover of projects with complete finishing and quality standards.

Required Skills

End-to-end building construction lifecycle

Project planning, scheduling, and execution

Civil construction, finishing works, and site supervision

MEP coordination and execution monitoring

Quality assurance and quality control practices

Safety norms and statutory compliance related to construction projects

Billing processes, BOQ, estimation, and cost control

Contractor billing, vendor coordination, and material management

Drawing interpretation and execution as per specifications

Local construction regulations and approval processes

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 10–12 years of total experience in real estate / building construction

Minimum 4–5 years of experience as Project Head

Must have hands-on experience in handling residential/commercial construction projects

Strong experience in project execution, site management, and team leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

Candidates with strong exposure to complete project lifecycle management will be preferred
