Business Analyst

Next Big Technology is hiring a Business Analyst to work closely with clients and internal teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth project execution. Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand client requirements

• Create BRD, SRS, workflow charts, and other project documents

• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams

• Identify gaps and propose business solutions

• Assist in project planning and progress tracking

• Communicate updates between clients and project teams

• Conduct research and data analysis as needed

Requirements

• Fresher & Experienced both can apply

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Good communication (English/Hindi)

• Understanding of SDLC & basic IT workflows

• Knowledge of tools like MS Office, JIRA, or similar

• Detail-oriented and good at problem-solving
