Role overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager who can drive lead generation and inside sales for our agency. This is a 100% remote role suited for candidates who are proactive, target-oriented, and come with agency experience.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Pitch Trivoli's digital marketing services to potential clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule discovery calls and assist in the sales closure process
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly reports
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Required skills & experience
- 1–2 years of experience in BD / inside sales, preferably from a digital marketing or advertising agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and email outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must own a personal laptop or desktop
