Job Title:Business Analyst – Technical (0–1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analysts with 0–1 year of

experience, eager to work on business analysis and technology alignment. The candidate will

assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination between business and

technical teams while gaining hands-on exposure to real-time client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Gather and document business requirements.

● Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflow diagrams.

● Collaborate with developers and QA to understand project flow.

● Support in creating wireframes and mockups.

● Participate in client meetings and take MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

● Assist in UAT testing and feedback documentation.

● Maintain project documentation and trackers.

● Work within Agile/Scrum processes and sprints.

Required Skills:

● Basic understanding of SDLC.

● Knowledge of Software/Web/Mobile application flow.

● Good communication and documentation skills.

● Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

● Basic knowledge of JIRA or any project management tool (preferred).

● Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Eligibility Criteria:

● B.Tech (Any IT / Computer Science related branch).

● Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience with strong interest in Business

Analysis.
