We are seeking a proactive and
detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain expertise
to support business and technology initiatives across our healthcare
operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business
requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting QA/testing activities,
and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions across clinics
and healthcare operations.
This role requires a strong understanding
of healthcare workflows, requirement gathering, testing methodologies,
stakeholder coordination, and documentation management. The candidate should be
comfortable working closely with development teams, internal users, and
business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Analyze user requirements,
business challenges, and enhancement requests to define functional requirements
and expected outcomes.
●
Work closely with business users,
operations teams, developers, and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document
requirements.
●
Prepare Business Requirement
Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, workflows, user stories, process
maps, and related project documentation.
●
Coordinate discussions between
development teams, subject matter experts, internal users, and client-facing
teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
●
Participate in solution planning,
requirement prioritization, and implementation tracking activities.
●
Define and support testing
strategies across manual, exploratory, functional, integration, smoke,
regression, and performance testing activities.
●
Create, execute, and maintain test
cases, test scenarios, test data, and other QA artifacts.
●
Identify, track, document, and
escalate issues, bugs, risks, and change requests throughout the project
lifecycle.
●
Support smooth rollout and
implementation of initiatives through pre-implementation, go-live, and
post-implementation activities.
●
Prepare and maintain daily
activity reports, project trackers, status updates, and documentation
repositories.
●
Coordinate with internal
departments and external stakeholders for project-related activities and
deliverables.
●
Ensure documentation accuracy,
completeness, and version control across projects.
●
Contribute towards process
improvement initiatives and support organizational growth through structured
analysis and execution.

Hands-on experience in QA testing,

Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs,
user stories, process documents, test cases, and related artifacts.
●
Strong coordination skills with
development teams, business users, and operational stakeholders.

Ability to track issues,
prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Good understanding of software
development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation processes.
●
Strong functional knowledge of
healthcare operations, workflows, and systems.
●
Mandatory experience working with
hospitals, large clinics, or healthcare service organizations.
●
Understanding of healthcare
processes including patient workflows, clinic operations, billing,
appointments, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare applications is highly preferred.

Experience in healthcare IT
implementations or digital transformation initiatives

Exposure to EMR/EHR, HIS, CRM, or
healthcare workflow systems

Experience coordinating with
cross-functional teams across operations and technology
●
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or
project management methodologies is an advantage
●
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in
Business Management, Healthcare Management, IT, or related discipline
●
Minimum 3 years of experience
in a similar Business Analyst / Healthcare IT role
●

Strong understanding of healthcare
business processes and operational workflows

Experience handling client

Fluency in written and spoken
