Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a keen interest in understanding business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.

• Coordinate between development and testing teams to ensure requirement clarity.

• Assist in project planning, reporting, and client communication.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Jira, or Trello is a plus.
