Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers

  • Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries

  • Explain products or services clearly and convincingly

  • Follow up with customers and maintain records

  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets

  • Update customer information in CRM or records

  • Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification:  Graduate preferred

  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada , Hindi ,Malayalam or Telugu

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers

  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage

Work Details:
