We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tele Caller to join our team in Thane – Manpada, Maharashtra. This role is essential in driving customer engagement, managing inbound and outbound calls, and supporting lead generation and client follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, prospects, and clients.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on inquiries promptly and ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
Support sales and marketing teams by providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Adhere to company protocols, data privacy standards, and call center procedures.
Demonstrate a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in every interaction.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi; additional regional language skills are a plus.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets in a structured environment.
Female candidates are preferred.
Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule as required.
