Next Big Technology is looking for a Female Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, sharing product/service information, and maintaining call records.
Make outbound/inbound calls
Explain company services to customers
Maintain daily call logs and records
Provide support and follow-ups when required
Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
