💼 About the Role

Bharat Cred Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our Personal Loan (PL) & Overdraft (OD) Loan Process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for PL & OD loan products.

- Explain loan products, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements.

- Generate leads and convert interested customers into successful applications.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Update customer information and calling details in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with the relevant team for loan processing and disbursement.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.

- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Experience in Telesales, Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Telecalling will be an advantage.
