* Strong knowledge and understanding of **Presales** activities in the real estate industry.

* Excellent **English communication skills** are mandatory.

* Experience in handling customer enquiries, follow-ups, lead management and coordinating with the sales team.

* Candidates from a **Real Estate Developer** background will be preferred.
