Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Telecaller / Telesales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and closure.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate.

- Good verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of English and local language.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work with sales targets.

- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
