Job Summary

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive (Telecalling) to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and basic knowledge of sales processes. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.

Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly.

Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.

Maintain customer database and update call records in Excel/CRM.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign follow-ups.

Build positive relationships with customers and maintain proper follow-up.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).

Confident and convincing speaking ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups professionally.

Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Qualification

HSC / Graduate in any stream.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Salary

18K-22K + Incentives on target .
