Sigma IT Software Designers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting company services, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives through effective communication.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about products and services.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Report feedback and daily work summaries to the team leader or manager.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Positive attitude, polite demeanor, and confidence on calls.
