The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of interior design and home décor solutions by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.
Identify and approach potential clients in the interior design and home décor sector.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to architects, designers, builders, and homeowners.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.
Represent Luxora Technology Pvt. Ltd. at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of interior design trends, home décor products, and customer preferences.
