Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will handle and convert the leads provided by the company. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads via call, email, or WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and explain company products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and client handling.
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Sales / Lead Handling.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Salary: 10K to 20K + Incentives
Sunday and alternate Saturday off
