*Job Summary:*

 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Business Development Executive* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients to help grow the business.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

 

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Email campaigns, etc.)

 

Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services (web/app development, SEO, etc.)

 

Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients

 

Follow up with prospects and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

 

Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction

 

Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business

 

Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular reports

 

Conduct market research to identify new trends and client needs

 

Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking sessions

 

*Key Skills & Qualifications:*

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field

 

1–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Strong negotiation and closing skills

 

Ability to understand and explain technical services

 

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player

 

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online bidding platforms is a plus

 

*Preferred Skills:*

 

Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

 

Knowledge of IT products and services (web development, software, digital marketing, etc.)

 

Fluency in English (spoken and written)
