Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT services such as web development, mobile app development, SaaS solutions, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos (online/offline)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Zoho, HuSpot, etc.)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical & marketing) for project execution.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)
- Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing, SaaS)
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion
- Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- The primary focus of this role is to acquire and manage international clients across the US, UK, Canada, and other global markets.
- The candidate will promote our offshore IT services, including web & mobile development, SaaS solutions, and IT staffing.
- Strong communication skills and experience in handling global clients are essential.
