Business Analyst – Pre & Post Sales 

Pre-Sales

• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business needs.

• Analyze requirements and identify gaps with product capabilities.

• Support solution design, demos, and presentations.

• Contribute to proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimates.

Post-Sales

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.

• Work with delivery teams to ensure accurate solution implementation.

• Assist in testing (UAT) and validate delivered features.

• Provide client communication, training, and post-go-live support.
