Head Accountant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Head Accountant / Accounting Manager to manage the finance and accounting operations. The candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and lead the accounting team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)

• Ensure GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements

• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain internal controls

• Support budgeting and financial planning

Requirements:

• Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
