Sales Executive – Education Sector (Remote)

Role Overview:
We're hiring Sales Executives for a target-driven, remote sales role. You'll use your personal network and social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, college groups) to generate leads and convert them into course enrollments. This is a real sales role — you'll own the full cycle from outreach to closing. We provide training, scripts, and content support to set you up for success, but the drive to reach out and sell has to come from you.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your personal network and social media presence to generate leads
• Pitch and sell Growinnout's courses/services to prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle — outreach, follow-ups, objection handling, closing
• Meet monthly sales target (minimum 1 confirmed sale/month)
• Attend mandatory weekly sales training

Requirements:

• Active social media presence or strong personal/college network
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Self-driven mindset — comfortable with outreach and closing
• Smartphone/laptop with internet access

Preferred (not mandatory):

• College students with strong peer networks
• Prior sales experience, especially in education/EdTech
