Job Title: Fintech Sales Executive
Location: Indore
Experience: 1–3 years (Fintech / Digital Payments preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to promote and sell digital financial products such as payment solutions, lending products, wallets. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers (merchants / individuals / businesses) for fintech
• Promote digital payment solutions, lending, banking, or financial services
• Conduct field visits to onboard merchants and customers
• Explain product features, benefits, and compliance requirements clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Assist customers with onboarding, KYC, and basic troubleshooting
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Understanding of fintech, digital payments, or financial products
• Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and digital tools
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass /Graduate
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in fintech, BFSI, NBFC, or payments industry
• Knowledge of UPI, QR codes, lending, or merchant onboarding
• Local market and merchant network knowledge
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field roles)
