GDS Marketing is looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to fuel our growth through direct customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Share regular updates, sales reports, and forecasts with the management team

Core Skills Required

  • Proven experience in sales, especially field/outdoor sales
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, territory management, and market analysis
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Experience & Expectations

  • Experience Range: Up to 11 months to 5 years
  • Open to candidates from any educational or professional background
  • Must be comfortable with on-field work and client engagement
