Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (IT Solutions)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Field Sales Executive who can actively visit clients, understand their business requirements, and pitch our IT solutions including CRM, ERP, HRMS, Websites, Mobile Applications, Admin Panels, Digital Marketing, SEO, Biometric Attendance Systems, Payroll Systems, and industry-specific solutions like FinTech and EdTech platforms.

This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients (businesses, institutions, startups, corporates) on a daily basis
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into structured project discussions
  • Pitch company services (CRM, ERP, Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and solution design
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track conversions
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into IT solutions
  • Confidence in face-to-face client interactions
  • Basic knowledge of IT services (Websites, Apps, CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Lead generation and cold outreach capability
  • Time management and self-discipline

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience in IT sales / software sales
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO services
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and CRM tools

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
