About Us

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets in line with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and capture growth opportunities.
  • Expand the customer base and enhance market share through targeted business development initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Set individual and team KPIs and regularly monitor performance through structured reviews and coaching.
  • Supervise daily sales operations, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Sales Manager or similar leadership role in [mention relevant industry, e.g., Pharma, Medical Devices, Equipment Sales].
  • Strong ability to drive sales growth, develop markets, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Masters preferred)
