We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching products/services, and contributing to sales growth. The role involves communication, relationship-building, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
Pitch company products/services to potential clients and present business proposals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Prepare and share sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in meetings, demos, and product presentations.
Maintain CRM/lead trackers accurately and regularly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic knowledge of IT products/services (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
