About Us

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching products/services, and contributing to sales growth. The role involves communication, relationship-building, and a strong understanding of customer needs.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.

  • Pitch company products/services to potential clients and present business proposals.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.

  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and convert them into customers.

  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

  • Prepare and share sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Participate in meetings, demos, and product presentations.

  • Maintain CRM/lead trackers accurately and regularly.


🔹 Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Basic knowledge of IT products/services (preferred).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
