We are looking for a dynamic & result-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT Services / Software Sales to drive growth and generate new business opportunities.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling & networking
✅ Manage complete sales cycle (Lead → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure)
✅ Build long-term client relationships
✅ Understand client requirements & coordinate with technical team
✅ Prepare proposals, presentations & commercial discussions
✅ Maintain CRM & sales pipeline
✅ Achieve monthly & quarterly targets
🎯 Required Skills
✔ 2–3 years experience in IT Sales / Business Development
✔ Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Cloud, etc.)
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer (preferred)
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Target-driven mindset
✔ Basic proposal writing & costing knowledge
