• Check and respond to international tenders related to content development
  
• Find and maintain a list of international book fairs, exhibitors, book sellers, libraries, coaching institutes, and government education officials
  
• Send emails and updates to international distributors, publishers, and CBSE/IB/ICSE schools with emails and catalogues
  
• Work with the design team to create international catalogues and use online advertising and digital marketing to reach global customers
  
• Get and compare shipping quotes for air and sea exports, finalise best rates, and maintain exporter records
  
• Finalize book pricing with Directors for international orders
  
• Coordinate with the Order Desk to generate invoices and prepare annual sales reports
  
• Consolidate orders from schools by arranging books from other publishers
  
• Negotiate better discounts with booksellers for third-party books
  
• Coordinate daily with company MD
  
• Work on data related to Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Chief Ministers of different states
