E-Tech is a leading healthcare software company, and MR Reporting is our flagship SaaS platform used by over 10,000 medical representatives across India and Africa to streamline daily call reports, territory management, and analytics. You’ll join a passionate sales team dedicated to empowering pharmaceutical and life-sciences clients with data-driven insights. Role Overview As an Inside Sales Intern, you’ll support the MR Reporting sales team in driving growth by generating and qualifying leads, coordinating demos, and maintaining our CRM. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales processes, hone communication skills, and learn how to build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders in the pharma industry. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Prospecting: o Research and identify potential pharmaceutical / healthcare companies and decision-makers (e.g., Sales Managers, Field Operations Heads). o Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and industry directories to build lists of qualified prospects. • Outbound Outreach: o Draft and send personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and make follow-up calls to introduce MR Reporting. o Track responses and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. • Demo Coordination: o Liaise with prospects to schedule product demo sessions; ensure smooth logistics (calendar invites, meeting links). o Prepare basic demo decks and briefs tailored to client profiles. • CRM Management: o Maintain and update lead and opportunity records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). o Log all outreach activities, call notes, and next-step actions. • Sales Collateral Support: o Assist in creating and updating sales materials—brochures, case studies, email templates. • Market Feedback: o Gather competitive intelligence and customer pain points from outreach conversations. o Share insights in weekly sales-team huddles to refine messaging.

What We’re Looking For • Education: o Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. • Skills & Attributes: o Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable cold-calling. o Curious, proactive, with a “hunter” mindset. o Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into business value. o Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. • Technical Familiarity: o Comfortable using CRM systems and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). o Prior exposure to SaaS or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. • Attitude: o Eager to learn, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. o Team player with a positive, can-do spirit.
